Dipton

Dipton is an attractive texture, tufted using felted wool. The felting process combines the wool fibres, making a strong and durable yarn. The process involves agitation, heat and detergent resulting in a very strong and hard-wearing yarn. The felting process also creates a lovely lustre to the yarn.

Dipton is composed of J-tuft stitches. A J-tuft means that one end of the stitch is shorter than the other, creating the shape of the letter J. The top portion of the long end of the J is able to move freely which allows movement to the structure while at the same time fabricates a deep textured finish. With the freedom to choose up to three colours, unique colour combinations can be fashioned.

This is a very versatile product and can be used as a loose-lay rug for any hard surfaces in living, lounge, bedroom or hallways with endless colour options. For a cosy aesthetic in wall-to-wall, Dipton will deliver a highly textured snug carpet.
