Bambusa
One of our most alluring styles, Bambusa is desired for its unrivalled luxury. The combination of tufting New Zealand merino wool with natural bamboo yarns fashions the soft deep pile we call Bambusa. Bamboo yarn derived from fibres of the bamboo plant is constructed into a naturally strong, resilient yarn. This yarn carries a natural sheen and creates a soft lustre across the rug. The properties of bamboo combined with merino wool ensure a perfect marriage of softness and texture.
We use bamboo in its natural colour, a soft white. This combined with soft tonal wool colours creates a seamless blend to compliment a range of interior styles. Rich contrasting wool colours to the bamboo yarn can be chosen for a statement piece in the more elaborate rooms of the home.
Finished in a 30 mm cut pile, the Bambusa product is most suited for the bedroom or lounge areas where restful comfort is desired. For the ultimate luxury we have also made this for a bedroom wall-to-wall carpet, customising the finished pile height.
